Getting started

Start with one objective. Judge the result.

Start with one objective that matters to you. Our engineer stands it up on your own data, with the controls you’ll run in production. Every objective after that starts ahead.

How an engagement works

One objective, then a decision.

Every engagement starts small and specific. You bring one objective; we scope it against your own systems and stand it up with the controls you will run in production. That first objective is also the proof: you judge Ceez against a target agreed before work starts.

  1. Walkthrough

    Talk to an engineer

A 45-minute session with an engineer, not a sales script. Bring the outcome you need and the systems it touches.

  2. Scoping

    Agree what success is

The objective is scoped against your systems: its target metric, the data it needs, its limits, and who approves what.

  3. First objective

    Stand it up, with controls

Our engineer sets it up on your own data, with the approvals and audit trail you will run in production.

  4. Expand

    Each one starts ahead

Every new objective reuses the systems, definitions and controls already in place.

You bring

  • One objective and a named owner for it
  • Read access to the systems involved
  • People who can approve exceptions
  • An owner or two to rule where your sources disagree
  • Your own model and keys, or a self-hosted model

Ceez brings

  • An engineer to set up the first objective
  • Ready-made agent teams you can install or adapt
  • Ground, which drafts the definitions from your systems and shows its evidence
  • Approval gates, spend limits, a one-click pause and an audit trail

Commercials

  • Pricing and pilot terms are agreed at scoping, before work begins

How autonomy grows

Start by watching, widen as it earns trust.

You choose how much a crew may do on its own, per objective. Autonomy is raised only after evaluations show the crew is ready, and the limits, gates and one-click pause apply at every level.

  1. Level 1

    Suggest only

The crew proposes and explains. People do the work.

  2. Level 2

    Approve every action

The crew prepares each step. A named person approves it before it runs.

  3. Level 3

    Approve the exceptions

Routine work inside the limits runs on its own. Anything outside them waits for its owner.

  4. Level 4

    Autonomous within limits

The crew runs the objective end to end, on the record, inside the limits you set.

For your team

Your people stop chasing, start deciding.

Every objective has a named owner and every exception goes to a named person. What changes is the work that reaches them.

A Monday morning

8:40. Overnight the crew reconciled the accounts and posted the routine journals inside your limit. A few are waiting for you, each with the evidence attached. You approve, reject or ask why. Nothing else needs you.

What your team does

  • One owner rules where your sources disagree
  • One approver reviews suggestions and exceptions
  • Our engineer does the set-up

Common questions

What teams ask before they start.

How do I know it works?

The first objective has a target agreed before work starts, runs in shadow mode first, and every action lands on a record you can replay. You judge it on your own data. See how to check it.

Do you see my data or my keys?

Ceez runs in your environment, so your keys and source data stay there. Engineer access during an engagement is agreed at scoping. See where your data goes.

Which models and runtimes work with Ceez?

Any model you can reach with your own keys, including a private one on your own hardware. Ceez runs on the runtime you already use, such as Gemini Enterprise, AWS Bedrock AgentCore, Azure Foundry, Claude Code or Codex, or a custom one.

Can it run offline or air-gapped?

Yes, as a fully disconnected deployment with a self-hosted model.

Can we leave, and take our work with us?

What Ceez builds lives in your environment: definitions, rulings, agents and audit records.

Do I need to write code?

No. Build and manage agents visually. Technical teams can define everything as code if they prefer.

Start with step one

Bring us one objective.

Tell us the outcome you need, and we’ll scope your first objective against your own systems.
